Maple Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil or preferred oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wash your brussels sprouts. Trim the ends, and slice in half.
  • Coat with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, stir, and add remaining ingredients. Roast for another 10 minutes.
